It’s THE place to get a first-hand look at best-selling products and up-and-coming designs in everything from giftware, decorative accessories, tabletop, apparel, fashion jewelry, and fashion accessories, to toys and games, designer/artisan items and more.

We do not mail badges, but when you pre-register online, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a barcode. Bring a printed copy of this email, or have it ready on your phone to scan the barcode for express badge pick-up.

The Philadelphia Gift Show is open to the trade only. To maintain the professional environment of the show, children under the age of 14 years and strollers are strongly discouraged.

New /first-time attendees should be prepared to present the following along with your express badge to gain admission to the show: 1 form of personal ID and 2 forms of business ID, which can include copy of business license, sales tax id number, payroll stub, company check, company credit card, vendor invoice, business card, letterhead or other printed collateral with company name. (Please note: 1 form of personal ID and 1 form of business ID is required for each additional employee.)

The photography of any exhibit is expressly prohibited without the written consent of the exhibitor.

The Philadelphia Gift Show is primarily a wholesale event where exhibitors showcase products for order fulfillment. However, our Vintage Market-Immediate Goods pavilion will feature cash-and-carry vendors. Additionally, other exhibitors may choose to offer cash-and-carry items, though this is not guaranteed and typically occurs toward the end of the event, with more offerings on the last day of the show.

Exhibitor registration is completed in the   Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC) by the primary contact for your company. Badges are not automatically assigned, so all staff planning to attend—including the primary contact, if applicable—must be added to the badge list.

You can update your company listing and select product categories in the  Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC). For detailed instructions, watch our  Exhibitor Resource Center How-To Video.

Exhibitors are required to carry liability insurance for the duration of the exhibition. Completed certificates must be uploaded to the Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC); certificates will NOT be accepted via email or mail. View Sample Certificate.

If you do not have insurance or need to purchase compliant coverage, we’ve partnered with RainProtection Insurance to provide an easy, instant online purchase option.

Shipping options and deadlines can be found in the   Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC) . Be sure to review the shipping instructions and deadlines to ensure your materials arrive on time. For detailed information, including advance warehouse and direct-to-show site options, visit your ERC.

Hand Carry Policy:
Exhibitors may hand carry merchandise from their vehicle, but:

• Vehicles must be parked in designated parking lots; curbside parking is not allowed.
• Hand carts and dollies are not permitted.

Cartload Service:
For small items that fit on a 3'x4' push cart in one trip, Cartload Service is available. Please note:

• Materials must arrive in a privately owned vehicle (POV), such as a car, SUV, pickup truck, or passenger van.
• A cartload is limited to 8 pieces or less, with a total weight under 150 lbs. Only one cartload is allowed per vehicle.
• Deliveries requiring more than one trip or exceeding 150 lbs will incur regular material handling rates.

Cartload services are not included in the complimentary freight allowance.

Packing Materials: Packing materials, boxes, and cartons may not be brought into the exhibit hall until after the close of the show at 4:00 pm on Tuesday, February 4, 2025.

Carrier Check-In: All exhibitor materials must be removed from the exhibit facility by 12:00 pm on Wednesday, February 5, 2025. To ensure timely removal, all carriers must check in by 10:00 am on Wednesday, February 5, 2025.

For detailed shipping instructions, including Material Handling Agreements (MHAs) and shipping labels, please refer to the Shipping & Material Handling Section of the Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC).

The booth guidelines for the Philadelphia Gift Show will be enforced. Please review the  Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC) to ensure your booth complies with the appropriate parameters.

Booth furnishings can be ordered through our general service contractor, GES, within the  Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC).

Free basic WiFi will be available in the hall. For faster internet speeds, exhibitors may purchase upgraded services.
Electrical service is not included with your booth and must be ordered separately. 

Both internet and electrical orders should be placed through the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center’s online ordering system. For additional information, please visit your Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC).

BUYER BEWARE!  Connections Housing is the only approved, official housing vendor for the Philadelphia Gift Show. We understand that unauthorized housing companies may be contacting you advertising cheaper rates and may imply or claim an affiliation with the Philadelphia Gift Show or Clarion Events. Unfortunately, some past attendees and exhibitors have fallen prey to these companies and they have either: lost significant deposits, been relocated with little or no warning, have not had the guest rooms they thought they had booked, or have not received reservations at the hotel they had thought were confirmed. So be sure to book your room through Connections Housing!
