How Can I Rent a Wheelchair or Scooter?

There are a limited number of scooters available for use at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center. Contact the Philadelphia Gift Show show team at 800.318.2238 to inquire about availability and to reserve.

How Can I Receive a Show Directory?

Printed show directories are provided to registered buyers on show site during all 4 days of the show, January 25-28, 2020. Before/after the show, you can click here to see our exhibitor listings.

What Types of Products are Being Shown?

This is your one-stop shop to get a first-hand look at best-selling product and up-and-coming designs in everything from giftware, decorative accessories, tabletop, apparel, fashion jewelry, and fashion accessories, to toys and games, designer/artisan items and more. The show also features several key product sectors including: Artisan Alley & our new Philadelphia Souvenir & Resort Expo. 

What Special Events/ Features Take Place During the Show?

The January 2020 edition has a number of special events/features lined up, including:

  • Free, seminar sessions and demonstrations taking place at the gift show

Registration FAQs

What is the Pre-Registration Deadline?

You are encouraged to pre-register early so you can receive updates and important news about the show.  Pre-registration is open up to and during the show dates. 

What is the Cost to Attend?

The Philadelphia Gift Show is open to the trade only.  Admission is free to qualified retailers. 

What Are the Qualifications to Attend? And Are Children Allowed to Attend?

The Philadelphia Gift Show is open to the trade only. To maintain the professional environment of the show, children under the age of 14 years and strollers are strongly discouraged.

New /first-time attendees should be prepared to present the following to gain admission to the show: 1 form of personal ID and 2 forms of business ID, which can include copy of business license, sales tax id number, payroll stub, company check, company credit card, vendor invoice, business card, letterhead or other printed collateral with company name. (Please note: 1 form of personal ID and 1 form of business ID is required for each additional employee.)

 

Do You Mail the Badges?

We do not mail badges.  But when you pre-register online, you’ll receive your registration confirmation and bar code via email.  Simply bring it to the show, scan it with our onsite readers and print out your badge quickly and easily!

Registration hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST; 1:00 pm - 10:00 pm CET.  After hours, please leave a detailed message, and your message will be promptly returned the next business day.

How Can I Book My Hotel?

Be sure to use the official housing company for the Philadelphia Gift Show, Connections Housing, to secure the lowest rates.

BUYER BEWARE!  Connections Housing is the only approved, official housing vendor for the Philadelphia Gift Show. We understand that unauthorized housing companies may be contacting you advertising cheaper rates and may imply or claim an affiliation with the Philadelphia Gift Show or Urban Expositions. Unfortunately, some past attendees and exhibitors have fallen prey to these companies and they have either: lost significant deposits, been relocated with little or no warning, have not had the guest rooms they thought they had booked, or have not received reservations at the hotel they had thought were confirmed. So be sure to book your room through Connections Housing!
