How long have you been in business and what does your company specialize in?
We're a woman-owned and operated (yes!) trade only production company. We've been in business just over 2 years and have exceeded sales expectations in both years. By a lot. We specialize in custom production (including assembly and tagging/bagging for retail), bulk fulfillment, dropshipping and warehousing. We also sell blanks and equipment for companies that want to do their own production and fulfillment.
What is your most popular product to date?
Our 11oz Ceramic White and Black mugs. Followed by our coasters and canvases.
What is new with your company?
Well, honestly, it's ALL new. We just leased out an additional 12000 sqft floor in our building to accommodate our growth. We are now utilizing 24000 sqft for production, warehousing, inventory and administration offices.
What types of trends are you seeing in the gift industry right now?
Personalization. The customization business has been booming. I've also noticed that personal design, artwork, and photography - anything you can sell on Etsy or Shopify - has seen steady growth. My metrics are based purely on our explosive expansion. We decorate blank products with peoples imaging, artwork, photographs and licensed designs. We fulfill thousands of orders a day.
How have your customer's needs changed as of late?
Well, I think our customers take a certain pride in outsourcing their production or having their licenses put on products and so because of that, turnaround times, quality control and product sourcing has been an increased focus for us. American made has also been a factor in us acquiring new clients. We've had to find the same products we already have in inventory that are Made in the USA.
How long have you exhibited with the Philadelphia Gift Show?
This is our first show!
What would you say to someone considering attending the Philadelphia Gift Show?
Look for us!
Do any of your products directly support a cause? If so, what cause does your product or organization support?
Well, we are woman-owned and operated company. I think that is an important part of a national conversation. Successful, self-made women entrepreneurs and executives, and we're not going away.
Do you sell inspirational gifts? If so, what kind?
We decorate blanks that hold inspired artwork where they become inspirational gifts
