The Philadelphia Gift Show is open to the trade only.
New /first-time attendees should be prepared to present the following along with your email confirmation to gain admission to the show: 1 form of personal ID and 2 forms of business ID, which can include copy of business license, sales tax id number, payroll stub, company check, company credit card, vendor invoice, business card, letterhead or other printed collateral with company name. (Please note: 1 form of personal ID and 1 form of business ID is required for each additional employee.)
To maintain the professional environment of the show, children under the age of 14 years and strollers are strongly discouraged.
The photography of any exhibit is expressly prohibited without the written consent of the exhibitor.

I love the Philadelphia Gift Show because there are a lot of great vendors present, parking is easy and free, hotel rooms are not outrageously priced and there is seating along the way for those of us who need to take a break every so often. I don't feel overwhelmed like I do in NY and I am able to find most of the things I need. Also, it was nice having the candy show there this year. I have been attending the Philadelphia Gift Show for many years. We are able to drive the 1 1/2hrs to the show twice yearly and look forward to staying at one of the participating hotels. This July we were fortunate to stay over 2 nights which allowed us 3 days at the show. We placed over 40 orders, with 20 vendors being brand new for us. The show is getting better every year!! We love to see the new vendors and enjoy meeting the owners & reps of various companies. This was my third year as the sole buyer for our store and I find it so much easier to go to your show than a few others further away. You always have great new items and the vendors are always friendly and available to answer questions and make suggestions. The housing is also near and no hassle. I have attended and followed the Philadelphia Gift Show through its many changes and locations since the beginning. Owning a Hallmark store I always found lots of little gems I may have overlooked at a larger show. It was also a way to work with my local reps in a more relaxed environment and cut some time out of the costly larger shows. Since I no longer own a Hallmark store I was not sure if the Philadelphia Gift Show was a venue appropriate for a boutique business. However, over the years this show has become like a family reunion for all the rep companies and owners of small and large businesses. So how could I not go? I did not expect to find much for my new store in the way of new product but was pleasantly surprised. Not only did we get to catch up with old business friends but came home with orders for new product. I have always felt every show has something to add to your business, it may not be the hot item of the season but a repeat steady seller for years.
