EXPRESSPASS™ PRE- REGISTRATION FOR THE PHILADELPHIA GIFT SHOW

To make your show registration and entry easier than ever, we’re introducing a NEW pre-registration procedure for the Philadelphia Gift Show. Rather than receiving your badge in advance by mail, receive your ExpressPass™ via email.  

Simply print out and bring your ExpressPass™ to the show, scan it with our onsite readers, and quickly print out your badge(s) when you arrive. 

No waiting. No hassle!

RULES & REGULATIONS

The Philadelphia Gift Show is open to the trade only. 

New /first-time attendees should be prepared to present the following along with your ExpressPass™ to gain admission to the show: 1 form of personal ID and 2 forms of business ID, which can include copy of business license, sales tax id number, payroll stub, company check, company credit card, vendor invoice, business card, letterhead or other printed collateral with company name. (Please note: 1 form of personal ID and 1 form of business ID is required for each additional employee.)

To maintain the professional environment of the show, children under the age of 14 years and strollers are strongly discouraged.

The photography of any exhibit is expressly prohibited without the written consent of the exhibitor.

    Make sure you are registered for the show and have printed out your ExpressPass to gain quick and easy entrance into our shows.

  • SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS WITH SPECIFIC VENDORS PRIOR TO THE SHOW
  • REVIEW THE SHOW FLOOR MAP
    To maximize your time at the show, vendors are categorized into distinct product sectors for easy reference.
  • WALK THE ENTIRE SHOW FLOOR
    You never know what you will find. That one item may be your next best-seller.
  • WEAR COMFORTABLE SHOES

    Drink plenty of fluids and make sure to eat or bring snacks with you.

  • Utilize the show hashtag to find key exhibitors you'll want to visit on-site. #PhillyGiftShow
  • Follow the show on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest so you don't miss out on any seminars, giveaways or must-see exhibitors.
  • Like, comment and share show posts and exhibitor posts pre-show, at the show and post-show - generating engagement will lead to more awareness of your own business pages.
  • Take and share photos of your show experience. Your own followers will want to see how much fun you're having live, on-site! .

I have been attending the Philadelphia Gift Show for many years. We are able to drive the 1 1/2hrs to the show twice yearly and look forward to staying at one of the participating hotels. I have attended and followed the Philadelphia Gift Show through its many changes and locations since the beginning. Owning a Hallmark store I always found lots of little gems I may have overlooked at a larger show. It was also a way to work with my local reps in a more relaxed environment and cut some time out of the costly larger shows. Since I no longer own a Hallmark store I was not sure if the Philadelphia Gift Show was a venue appropriate for a boutique business. However, over the years this show has become like a family reunion for all the rep companies and owners of small and large businesses. So how could I not go? I did not expect to find much for my new store in the way of new product but was pleasantly surprised. Not only did we get to catch up with old business friends but came home with orders for new product.
